In 1985 Chester and Susan Neville, along with their son Jephrey, moved from Las Vegas to Fresno to open a 5000 square foot video store called The Video Zone; building up to four (4) stores in Fresno, Clovis and Madera, operating as The Video Park. These stores were set apart by their size and design, incorporating a park like setting with a theatre marquee for classic films, a haunted house for horror, and a western town for the westerns.

After nine (9) years the stores were sold to Hollywood Video. Taking the proceeds from that sale, The Laser’s Edge in Fig Garden Village opened in 1994 selling CDs,Laser Discs and DVDs. That location introduced them to Scott Pederson of Scottland Concerts, who was putting on the inaugural show at The Rotary Amphitheater in Woodward Park. That began a 25 year partnership and friendship, working together to this day, presenting some of the finest concerts around The Central Valley.

In 2003, Susan went to work for The Tower Theatre as the box office and event manager. During this time Chester and Susan began promoting shows in The Tower Theatre, starting with their first show, Gilmour Floyd. It was a sellout and led to promoting other shows, like Dave Mason, Y&T, Lee Ritenour, Freddy Cole, Cloris Leachman, Jim Messina and Janis Ian to name a few. Once The Tower Lounge opened, they began promoting smaller shows like Maria Muldaur, Tuck and Patty, Kevin Mahogany, Duke Robillard, The Levin Brothers and many lesser known artists. The lounge became a magic place for performers and the audience alike.

Meanwhile Jephrey Neville went to work as a stage hand with IATSE 158. He worked his way up to becoming the Technical and Lighting Director for the Tower Theatre, in addition to working with Scottland Concerts for the many productions put on at various venues in the Central Valley. Jephrey is now the Technical and Lighting Director for Team Neville Concerts. He also works for CDH Productions doing lighting and video.

With the Covid outbreak in 2020, The Tower Theatre shut down, The Tower Lounge went dark and any concerts that were going to happen were cancelled. During that time, the owners of The Painted Table, formerly located next to The Tower Theatre, purchased the building that once was Tornino’s Banquet Hall at 5080 N Blackstone, behind Los Amigos Restaurant, which became The Painted Table Event Center. Once the sale was complete, The Painted Table Event Center reached out with the suggestion of presenting shows at their new location. And so, Team Neville Concerts was born.

Team Neville Concerts continues the mission of bringing the best of entertainment to the Central Valley, presenting shows at The Painted Table Event Center, Fulton 55, Warnors Event Center, Harmony House on Van Ness and Maximus Studios.
